A: This depends on the speed of your system. It will generally take a few minutes to go through each of the steps.

Q: Do you have any add-ons?

A: There is a search bar and other tools that can be installed during the process. You can opt out of these by un-checking the boxes.

Q: What does the YouTube Downloader do?

A: You just type in the URL of your chosen video, channel or playlists and the program will download them all. All quality is preserved and you will also convert them in formats for your computer.

Q: Can I watch the video or play the music from my computer?

A: Yes. All video and music is compatible with the computer’s natural formats.

A: This depends on the format that they are downloaded in but yes, it is possible to watch and listen to anything that you download through your iPod.

Q: I can’t work the downloader, is there any support?

A: We don’t offer any support for the device but there are guides online.

Q: I don't speak very good English, are there guides in my own language?

A: We cannot offer multi-lingual support. There are guides online that will often be in your own language.

Q: Can I use this on Windows?

A: Yes. We support all Windows operating systems.

Q: Can I use this on Macs or Linux systems?

A: No. We only offer programs that are compatible with Windows.

Q: Can I download a group of videos?

A: Yes. It is possible to download a group of videos from the internet. Just type in the URL of the channel or your favorites to do this.

Q: How do I install the program?

A: Simply run the setup.exe program. This will take you through the installation process.

Q: How do I uninstall the program?

A: There should be an uninstaller connected to the program. If this does not appear, you will need to do this through the Add or Remove Programs, which is in the Control Panel.
